Dan... began his career in the field of psychology, specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC). Being a fitness enthusiast for years, Dan realized that he could use his psychology skills to a much greater extent by helping people achieve health and fitness results which were permanent, leading to a thought process that makes exercise a part of a healthy lifestyle and not a short-term event. He holds Personal Trainer certifications from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE). |

"I
have always been fascinated with the human mind. My research over the
years has been focused on discovering 1) Why people think the way they
think and 2) Why do people do what they do? I've discovered patterns in
human behavior which dictate whether or not someone will achieve the results
they desire and whether or not they will follow through once they set
out to achieve something. My expertise is recognizing these behavioral patterns and directing my clients' focus in a way that causes a shift in their thought process regarding exercise and nutrition. All this leads to results which are permanent and does not require yo-yo diets or expensive gym memberships. There are no short-cuts. You must be willing to do what it takes to achieve the body you desire. The best way to accomplish this is to have a trainer. A coach to hold you accountable, to motivate you and help you do what is necessary until you look in the mirror and love what you see. When you believe it, you will see it." |
